Individuals ages 18+ are encouraged to take advantage of this special time on Sunday mornings to exercise, relax and have fun, without all the hustle and bustle of normal pool hours. Only for lap pool. Min class size is 5; Max class size is 12.
Children will not be allowed in the water park during this program. No childcare will be provided during this program.
There will be one lifeguard on duty during lap swim, but please use caution when participating in Adult Swim
Do not enter the Lap Pool until instructed to do so by a staff member.
